EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Archive Studios, we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. If your order isn't the right fit, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant, or any damage.

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items purchased during sales, limited drops, or promotional offers are not eligible for returns unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Store Credit

Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the returned product (excluding shipping charges).

Store credit:

  • Has no expiry date.

  • Can be used on any future purchase.

  • Can be combined with discounts unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

We offer one free size exchange (subject to stock availability).

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product.

Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the package

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost.

Return Process

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Ship the product to the address provided.

  4. Once received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Quality Check

Every returned product undergoes a quality inspection. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
